Where our numbers come from
When an article shows data, it comes from exactly two places — and each data point is labeled with its source:
- Our own tool outputs. The free tools on this site — like the daily love affirmations tool at /tools/ — produce the on-site outputs and worked examples we publish. Every reader can reproduce them with the same inputs.
- Aggregated reader data. Anonymized, aggregated patterns from newsletter replies and tool usage. Never individual stories presented as ours, never identifiable data.
What we never claim
